Ninghua Company Launches General Manager's Safety Talk Activity

According to the company's safety training plan and DuPont's promotion requirements, from January 6th to 7th, Ninghua Company held the "Year-end and New Year General Manager Safety Talk" all-staff safety training sessions. All employees of the company participated in the training in batches.

Zhou Qiang, General Manager of Ninghua Company, used his experience with safety incidents as a starting point to share insights centered on the DuPont safety management system, including leadership engagement, local management, promotion of safety tools, and alarm management. Combining these with the company's actual situation, he delivered a vivid safety lesson and urged all employees to "learn safety, talk about safety, and practice safety," to hold safety in reverence, fulfill their duties responsibly, and advance the company's safety production work to a new level.

Through this training, participants further deepened their understanding and recognition of the "DuPont Management System" and the "primary responsibility for safety production," enhancing everyone's sense of responsibility, urgency, and mission regarding safety production.
