He also uses weekends and evenings to communicate with the team multiple times about how to optimize the process flow, drive more safely, better control on-site construction safety, progress, and quality.

　　After new employees join the project team, little chubby brother places great importance on talent team building and personnel training. He sets learning goals and plans for new employees, implements mentorship programs, regularly conducts knowledge sharing and technical training, and carries out periodic summaries and exams. As the n-propanol project enters a critical phase, he requires mentors and apprentices to conduct on-site teaching. After a period of learning, new employees have been effectively trained and improved in practice, greatly enhancing their skills.

　　Wu Xihuan -- everyone likes to hear her name, feeling as if they are in love. When she smiles, showing a pair of tiger teeth, it warms the heart. Seeing her work so hard, respect naturally arises. She is Wu Xihuan, the technician of the public engineering department of the n-propanol project team. She is not afraid of hardship or difficulties at work and never complains. Colleagues jokingly say, "In ancient times there was Mulan, now there is Wu Xihuan." Under the scorching 38-degree sun, she rushes around the construction site. There is no air conditioning, no sun umbrella, no chilled watermelon, only a heart that is not afraid of hardship or fatigue. Large beads of sweat slide down her brow; she never retreats. Even when her back is soaked with sweat, she never steps back. Every inch of this land bears her footprints. She rushes around the site all day and falls asleep tiredly on the shuttle bus on the way home. Overtime is normal; not working overtime would be strange. "Sister Xihuan, how do you always maintain such a positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude at work?" "Work requires passion and action. Often, attitude determines everything. With the right attitude, pressure can be turned into motivation. Busy days leave me no time to worry, allowing me to handle various complex problems." The first new employee training for the n-propanol project has successfully concluded, and Guan Boming was awarded "Outstanding Mentor." The n-propanol project is the company's first venture into the petrochemical industry, carrying great significance. Every step from project approval to production is new. The project team members have many shortcomings in experience, knowledge, and ability, posing a huge challenge for Ninghua people. However, with strong support and close attention from company leadership, everyone united and worked hard to ensure the smooth progress of the n-propanol project.
