On the afternoon of February 6, the second working day after the Spring Festival holiday, Ninghua Company held a mobilization and deployment meeting titled "Fight the first battle of the year, strive for a good start," beating the war drums and sounding the charge horn. The company mobilized all staff with the high morale of "the start is the battle, the first step is the sprint," quickly refocusing, uniting efforts to overcome difficulties, and ensuring a good start and progress for the whole year's work.

  Zhou Qiang, Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of Ninghua Company, spoke and emphasized:

  01  Quickly refocus and immediately enter work mode.

  All employees are required to quickly come out of the holiday atmosphere, adjust their mindset, refocus, and immediately start all tasks according to the established ideas, goals, plans, paths, methods, and timelines. Dare to explore and fight, stimulate everyone's "combat effectiveness"; focus on implementation, tighten the execution "screws"; learn from role models and forge an excellent "vanguard team."

  02 Promote three major cultures to empower high-quality enterprise development.

  Forge the soul with a culture of strivers to break the ice of spiritual slackness and enhance leadership in high-quality development; shape the body with an engineer culture to break the ice of skill panic and enhance the driving force for high-quality development; nourish the heart with a technology-first culture to break the ice of insufficient motivation and enhance the company's core competitiveness.

  03  Strengthen three major work styles to consolidate the foundation of enterprise development.

  A strict and meticulous work style: treat work seriously, maintain strict work standards, and ensure rigorous work processes; research carefully, plan carefully, and implement carefully; a diligent and frugal style: open sources and reduce expenditure, act within one's means, be thrifty and strict in control, creating an atmosphere of thrift; a scientific and rational style: fulfill duties conscientiously, uphold the principle of speaking the truth, maintain a practical attitude, and pursue effective results.

  General Manager Zhou also proposed the ten major work concepts for 2025 and deployed key tasks for 2025.

Ten major work concepts.

  1. Be either the first or the only one.

  2. Maintaining the status quo is waiting for failure.

  3. Do difficult but correct things.

  4. Say it and do it; once decided, act; do it well and achieve results.

  5. Pursue extreme cost control; all costs can be reduced.

  6. Self-discipline is the lowest cost management.

  7. Processes must be simple, reflecting efficiency, customers, goals, and market orientation.

  8. Build constructive strategies; not just doing whatever is available, but doing what is best to do.

  9. Establish a good industrial ecosystem.

  10. If conditions do not exist, create them; there is never perfect preparation, get on board first, then adjust the approach.

  

 

  The meeting was chaired by Ninghua Company Party Committee Deputy Secretary Zhong Junliang. Vice General Manager and Safety Director Huang Bo gave a special safety report. Representatives from the Human Resources Department, Engineering Construction Department, Unit 1, Unit 2, Unit 3, and the project team spoke as company team representatives. Zhang Zhiwei, first shift leader of Unit 1, and Jiang Biao, a member of the Unit 3 project team, spoke as employee representatives.

  

  Ninghua Company's leadership team, party branch secretaries, union chairpersons, all management personnel, engineering and technical staff, project team members, and team employee representatives attended the meeting.
