On April 28-29, led by Huang Bo, Deputy General Manager of Ninghua Company, and Yu Xiaoxia, Party Committee Member, visits were made to the sites of the first and second device departments to commend grassroots employees who performed excellently in the first quarter safety points activity. "Improve a safety measure, add 10 points"; "Organize team safety meetings and safety training, add 10 points"; "Fire equipment inspection adds 5 points, well-maintained equipment adds 10 points"... This is the "Personal Safety Points System" activity currently implemented by Ninghua Company.

During the award ceremony, company leaders highly affirmed everyone's efforts and achievements in the first quarter safety points activity, and also raised higher requirements for the safety management work of the units in the second quarter.

      Deputy General Manager Huang Bo of the company requested that the safety points activity will be implemented long-term in the company, hoping that all employees actively participate in the inspection and rectification of unit safety hazards, and hoping that award-winning employees actively play the role of "passing on, helping, and leading," to promote the overall improvement of employee safety awareness, and overall enhancement of safety capabilities, truly making the safety points system deeply rooted in people's hearts.
