Ninghua Company Conducts DuPont Safety Management Training

From May 21 to 22, Ninghua Company organized a special training session for the DuPont Safety Management System Improvement Project, as well as the launch meeting for the 2020 Hundred-Day Safety Competition and Safety Production Month activities. All personnel from Unit 1, Unit 2, Unit 3, the Electromechanical Instrument Center, and the Quality Inspection and R&D Center participated in the training.
May 21-22, Ninghua Company organized a special training for the DuPont Safety Management System Improvement Project. At the launch meeting of the 2020 Hundred-Day Safety Competition and Safety Production Month activities, all personnel from Device Unit 1, Device Unit 2, Device Unit 3, Electromechanical Instrument Center, and Quality Inspection and R&D Center participated in the training.

At the meeting, the company's Deputy General Manager Huang Bo gave a mobilization speech on the Hundred-Day Safety Competition and Safety Production Month activities. Personnel from the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, Production Technology Department, and Electromechanical Instrument Center conducted systematic training on the promotion elements of the DuPont Safety Management System Improvement Project, combined with recent related accident cases and safety operation precautions during the high-temperature season.

On May 25, Ninghua Company invited Mr. Xu Lei from DuPont to conduct Leadership Standard Work (LSW) training for company supervisors and above. Leadership Standard Work (LSW) applies standardized work to leaders and is part of the daily management system. It helps leaders at all levels establish standard rules, behaviors, and management practices to ensure the stability of the daily management system.

On May 26, Mr. Xu Lei from DuPont conducted team building training for the company's key team members, mainly providing systematic training on daily team management, employee education and training, and learning and growth.
Safety management is a top-down process. Ninghua Company actively promotes the improvement of safety management capabilities through the DuPont Safety Management Project, aiming to encourage managers at all levels and team leaders to lead by example and set a good example, influencing and inspiring employees. This allows employees to think about safety, have awareness, and gain insights, reflect on their own shortcomings and defects, change behaviors, cultivate high standards of safety habits, thereby forming a good safety culture atmosphere and improving the company's safety management performance.
