  Recently, Ningbo Juhua Company held its annual work meeting and employee representative conference to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th Central Committee's Third Plenary Session, the 15th Provincial Committee's Sixth Plenary Session, and the provincial "Two Sessions." Following the deployment requirements of the central and provincial economic work meetings, the company earnestly summarized the work of 2024 and systematically planned the goals and tasks for 2025. Annual Work Report

  Review of Work in 2024:

  Strengthening the foundation of safety and environmental protection. Strictly adhering to the safety bottom line, enhancing environmental governance, completing the upgrade to a Class B atmospheric enterprise and successfully passing acceptance. Emergency skills improved, with the company winning second place in the group emergency skills competition and first place in the Ningbo emergency response vocational skills competition in 2024.

  Major breakthroughs in technological innovation. Completed more than 20 technical transformation projects, significantly increasing production capacity and achieving remarkable energy-saving and consumption-reduction results. The company was selected for the provincial enterprise research institute list, won the second prize of Ningbo Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of the Group's Technological Innovation Award, and received funding for the Yongjiang Science and Technology Carbon Emission Research Project.

  Talent team breaking boundaries and shining. Established roles for unit leaders and team engineers, promoted engineer culture and a culture of striving, and strengthened employee skill training. Two individuals won national competition awards, one was named Zhejiang Craftsman, more than ten won awards in provincial, municipal, and district competitions, and the job rotation program was selected as an innovative talent work case in Zhejiang Province.

  Effective corporate management. The JES management system successfully passed the bronze-level evaluation certification; the company was included as a pilot unit for the new export supervision model of tank containers in Zhenhai District; pilot projects such as unit chemical transformation and sample-free units were carried out within the company and achieved phased results.

  Highlights in Party building work. Launched Red Navigation Action, Branch Improvement Action, Joint Construction Action, Pioneer Leadership Action, and Party-Mass Integration Action to provide strong organizational guarantees for high-quality development. The company’s Party Committee was awarded the Advanced Grassroots Party Organization by the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission in 2024 and shared experiences at the Group’s Party building work meeting.

  Continuously rising external image. United and determined, the company earned external recognition with an unwavering attitude. The company received more than 20 provincial-level and above honors, was included in the national model cultivation library and Ningbo's "Big, Excellent, and Strong" cultivation enterprise list in 2024, and has been among Ningbo's top 100 competitive enterprises and top 100 manufacturing enterprises for ten consecutive years.

Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress and the second and third plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, adhere to seeking stability while pursuing change and promoting stability through change, firmly grasp the theme of high-quality development, carry out the construction of three major work styles, promote three major cultures, and forge ahead with dedication and responsibility.

  Persistently uphold the bottom line and prevent risks to ensure continuous and stable enterprise safety. Establish a broad safety perspective, always be aware of risks, progress, and change, follow a mass line in safety work, practice empathetic leadership, ensure the implementation of local responsibilities, focus on the "five additions," and build the "five lines of defense."
