　　Safety Star

　　Ye Yuqing: Safety officer of Quality Inspection and R&D Center Analysis Team 1. At work, she is serious and responsible, strictly implements the company's safety management regulations, and continuously learns safety knowledge and skills. As the team safety officer, she actively organizes safety meetings, safety education training, emergency drills, and other safety activities, and has conducted more than twenty on-site inspections, special inspections, seasonal and holiday inspections. She actively identifies hidden dangers in work, reports them promptly, and ensures rectification, firmly guarding the bottom line of safety production with a constant sense of responsibility.

　　Innovation and Efficiency Star

　　Li Xiaoshan: Inspector of Unit 3 and 6S administrator of the team. The team has ranked top in 6S evaluations multiple times. At work, he is conscientious and responsible, always adhering to the philosophy that "the team is a small family, and efforts rely on everyone." He planned and organized three cost reduction and efficiency improvement activities for the team: one cost-saving suggestion, one study discussion, and one experience promotion. Together with team members, he identified more than ten improvement points for the unit, with significant results in reducing long water flow and steam leaks. The team won first place in the cost reduction and efficiency competition, and he was personally awarded the Efficiency Star.

　　Chief DCS

　　Xue Meixia: DCS operator of Unit 2, second shift. At work, she conscientiously performs her duties, assists the team leader and main DCS operator in production activities, monitors control indicators of her position, analyzes deviations from normal indicators, and adjusts timely to ensure optimal operation of the unit. In line with zero manual operation requirements, she continuously optimizes control process operation times, significantly reducing unit material consumption. She has passed the company's "Post Pass" certification, actively summarizes DCS operation skills, shares experience with new employees, teaches methods, and encourages enthusiasm, effectively playing a mentoring role and improving team management level.

　　Top Inspector

　　Yue Ruojun: Chief inspector of Unit 1, third shift. During routine inspections, he carefully checks for abnormal leaks and drips in machinery, pumps, and pipelines and handles them. He leads team members to identify hazards and defects, discovering and promptly addressing multiple major hazards, ensuring safe and stable operation of the unit. During his shift, he conducts safety inspections of on-site operations, promptly stopping and correcting unsafe behaviors of contractors, ensuring on-site safety. He combines practice with learning, organizing team study sessions on theoretical knowledge and on-site operations during spare time, enabling everyone to quickly and independently undertake work tasks, earning unanimous praise.

　　Model Party Member Star

　　Wang Beibei: Communist Party member, employee of the Electromechanical Instrument Center, mainly responsible for pressure vessel inspection. Since starting work, she has always been highly responsible and mission-driven, enthusiastically engaged in regular inspections of special equipment. In September, she completed inspection tasks for 26 pressure vessels. She worked tirelessly, often working overtime, thoroughly verifying pipelines inside the unit, carefully revising single-line diagrams, and negotiating inspection plans with the Special Inspection Institute. She personally oversees the inspection of every piece of equipment and pipeline, ensuring high-quality completion. In special equipment management, she bravely practices and explores solutions for various emergencies, continuously honing skills and improving professional competence. She humbly accepts valuable suggestions from leaders and colleagues, actively practices the work philosophy of integrating learning, thinking, and application, and plays a pioneering role as a Party member.

　　Learning and Growth Star

　　Zhao Yaqi: DCS operator of Unit 1. Joined the company in August 2023, has passed all position exams for the synthesis gas unit, and has been awarded the team's outstanding employee title three times. At work, he is diligent, eager to learn, and responsible. He often uses spare time during night shifts to climb pipe galleries with PID diagrams to locate pipelines, memorizing equipment numbers and locations, and is proficient in on-site equipment and pipelines. During on-site learning, he carefully identified 152 safety hazards and completed rectification. In the unit's top scorer competition, his projects such as the Bag Respirator and One Person Two Belts ranked among the best. He insists on starting with small tasks, doing each well, improving a little every day, and accumulating remarkable progress over time.

　　Project Construction Star

　　Zheng Weimiao: Civil engineering professional in the Engineering Construction Department. Since starting work, he has participated in multiple company projects and currently serves as the civil engineering specialist for the NH6 project, fully managing pile foundation, foundation, main structure, and steel structure construction. Since joining, he has continuously learned professional knowledge and improved on-site management skills, often reflecting on and improving his shortcomings. At work, he strictly controls the quality of civil construction on site, optimizes construction processes to accelerate progress, and actively cooperates with installation professionals. He always adheres to the "high standards and strict requirements" work principle, works daily on site, stays at the forefront of project construction, actively supervises safety, quality, progress, and processes, striving to make NH6 a high-quality project.

　　Team Star

　　Unit 1, fourth shift: The team adheres to a people-oriented, safety-first work philosophy, emphasizing safety and process learning among team members. In labor competitions, the team has repeatedly won first place in the unit department. The team proposed 18 excellent JES suggestions, identified 12 key defects, and received special awards for multiple proposals. In team building, experienced employees mentor new ones, playing a role in passing on skills. Team members have been awarded the company's annual outstanding mentor title.

　　Unit 2, second shift: The team always adheres to the "safety first, prevention foremost" work philosophy, requiring members to prioritize safety, proactively identify hazards, and promptly eliminate them. They discovered 7 major hazards and reported and handled them immediately, ensuring safe and stable unit operation. The team strictly implements company and unit production goals, achieving first place in total product output through collective effort. They actively participate in JES activities, submitting 56 improvements, including 22 excellent ones, and completed over 16 RPS reports, with 6 rated excellent, enhancing team management performance.

　　Third Unit Department Three Shifts: The team is fully promoting multi-position qualification work, continuously improving the skills of team members. Currently, there are 5 employees qualified for all positions, 2 employees qualified for two positions, and 8 employees qualified for a single position. The team mobilizes all members to participate in hidden hazard inspections, identifying a total of 135 defects in September, arranging timely rectifications to effectively eliminate hazards. The team values employees' safety skills training, utilizing night shifts to conduct activities such as wearing Bagu respirators, heavy protective gear, two-person two-belt drills, and emergency exercises, continuously enhancing the team's emergency response skills. In daily work, the team focuses on cost reduction and efficiency improvement as the core goal, performing refined operations. Each employee calculates per shift and analyzes and summarizes monthly based on their position, allowing everyone to contribute to cost reduction and efficiency improvement. The team has consistently ranked among the top in labor competitions organized by the company and the unit department.
